Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This is an initial privacy policy for Endless Tours & Transfers Fiji and should be reviewed when business processes change.
Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, passenger count, flight number, pickup and destination details, tour interests, notes and Photo ID. We also process limited technical information required for website security, such as IP-derived rate-limit data and WordPress security tokens.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand, respond to and arrange the travel service you requested; communicate with you; protect the website from abuse; and maintain necessary service records.
Photo ID handling
The website stores uploaded Photo ID in a protected server directory and creates a temporary secure link for the enquiry. The theme schedules the uploaded file for deletion after 48 hours. Do not upload payment cards, passwords or unrelated sensitive documents.
WhatsApp and Viber
If you continue through WhatsApp or Viber, your use of those services is also subject to the provider’s own privacy terms and data handling. The website prepares the message, but the external messaging service transmits it after you choose to send it.
Sharing
We only share information where reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, arrange requested services, meet legal obligations or protect legitimate security interests. Service partners may receive relevant travel details where necessary for a confirmed service.
Retention
Temporary Photo ID uploads are designed to expire after 48 hours. Other enquiry records may be retained for the period reasonably needed to manage the service, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal requirements and maintain business records.
Your choices
You can choose not to use the WhatsApp form and contact us through Viber or email instead. You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
